"Daddy
C" was born in Belize, Central America (now receiving worldwide acclaim
since the filming of "Temptation Island" as a beautiful exotic country). He
is a versatile performer, combining musical talents leaning towards Reggae
with R&B and Hip-Hop flavor to create one of the most entertaining shows in
Los Angeles area. Daddy C has a tremendous knack for "giving a
helping hand" and "showing love". He is always willing to share the
spotlight by including his circle of friends in his scintillating
performances to showcase their own individual talents. His entourage
includes a DJ, guest artists and a bevy of attractive dancers who are mostly
family members and close friends. Their on-stage chemistry and physical
accomplishments add incredible excitement to the show.
In addition to
coming up with concepts and themes for his concerts and choreographing the
latest dance moves, Daddy C also co-produces his own hits. He
combines the hard-core reggae dancehall rhythms he loves with sounds and
lyrics from his native homeland. He himself has an arresting presence on
stage and his gyrating motions seem to connect from his body to yours. "Crucial", as he is affectionately called, has been on radio programs in the Caribbean and also in Los Angeles, one of which is ever so popular "Get Up, Stand Up" Reggae show on 100.3 The Beat. Daddy C has performed in some of Los Angeles’s most notable clubs, shows and venues. Including the Caribbean Seabreeze Festival at the Queen Mary Park in Long Beach, the St. Mark’s nightclub in Venice Beach, the Belize Caye Fest 2000, Club Vertigo’s, the Miss Queen of Sports Beauty Pageant 2000, and the world famous Staples Center in Fabulous Downtown Los Angeles. Smart Productions Belize Music Awards recently nominated this electrifying new artist for "Entertainer of the Year". You can hear Daddy C on the exit song for the major motion picture "Held Up" Starring Jamie Foxx and Nia Long.
