Who is Tiny V.?
Tiny V. is Vincent Anthony Flores. He was born and raised in Los Angeles,
CA. He has two 2 sons, Anthony and Keilen Flores. When Vincent began
rapping he knew he had to come up with a stage name, because he was always
little he came up with the name Tiny V. Also known on the Dance Hall
Reggae scene, the music he produces, as Big Tiny V.In 1994 Tiny V. was featured on an album with Latin Frozz, made call "Represente". He also released a single, on November 15, 2002, call "Life in the Ghetto". You can also find him on the Compilation CD "Gimme the Light", rapping his single "War, War". Tiny V. is not only a Dance Hall Reggae Artist, he is also an Entrepreneur. With his D.J. Crew, R & W, they produce events through out the Southern California area. The ability to be flexible have enabled Tiny V. to still be effective in the music industry. Asked how do he feel about the Music Industry, Tiny V. replied, "I feel it's a learning process. I also feel artist should be more positive in their music, because young people as well as the older generation is listening to what we produce." The ability to deliver positive and uplifting messages is what Tiny V. is all about. Social consciousness and an ability to be appealing to all. Out of every bad situation, Tiny V can find a positive that is why he do not dislike anything about the music business. Although he acknowledges it gets difficult sometimes, and that it's really hard work and it takes a lot of your time, Tiny V feels in the end, it's well worth it. Tiny V is inspired by Buju Banton. His idol ever since he got started. He has performed with artists such as Latin Frozz and Sta-Tic productions. Of course in the future he would definitely like to perform with his idol Buju Banton and a variety of artist, popular entertainers. In five years Tiny V. expects to be recognized as a main stream artist. Someone that has quality music out and someone that is very stable. The only advice he gives to anyone determine to enter the music industry is be serious, determine, and watch everyone you deal with in the industry. |
